Real Problems. Real Solutions.
Issues
President Trump gave us a challenge:
Bring back jobs from overseas. Stop depending on our enemies to make things for us. Fight like hell for what makes America great.
That’s exactly what I intend to do in Washington.” - Greg Plucinski
America First
In Congress, my responsibility is to ensure that every decision I make, benefits the people of KY-06. When faced with a vote, my question will be simple: does this benefit my constituents and our nation? If the answer is “no” then I will vote accordingly.

I will always place the needs of my constituents and the United States above the needs of any other nation, regardless of our relationship with them.
Housing Affordability
Housing affordability affects everyone. If you own a home, you will likely buy another, and if you are a parent, you want your children to be able to own one too.

Today, the average age of a first-time homebuyer is 40, a record high.

In Congress, I will work with the Trump administration to stop big corporations from buying up single-family homes and artificially driving up prices.
Medical Reform
Medical reform should do two things at once: protect patients and move faster for families who cannot afford to wait.

In Congress, I will fight to cut medical red tape and modernize the FDA approval pipeline so lifesaving treatments can reach Americans sooner, without sacrificing rigorous safety standards. That means a clearer, more predictable process for innovators, fewer hurdles, and a system that rewards real breakthroughs, especially for serious diseases and unmet medical needs. The FDA already has expedited pathways like Fast Track, Breakthrough Therapy, Accelerated Approval, and Priority Review. We should strengthen and expand those tools so they work the way they were intended.

I will also work with the MAHA movement to build a health system that puts Americans first for generations to come, focused not only on treating disease but preventing it. That includes pushing for transparency, better outcomes, and policies that make it easier for families to live healthier lives.
Standing with Law Enforcement
Crime drops when police are empowered. We have seen firsthand what happens when politicians tie the hands of law enforcement. Communities pay the price, criminals get bolder, and families feel less safe in their neighborhoods.

Fully fund local, state, and federal law enforcement and prioritize staffing and retention.

Invest in training, protective equipment, and technology that help officers prevent crime and respond faster.

Strengthen penalties and enforcement tools targeting fentanyl and organized criminal networks.

Support victims and ensure prosecutors have the resources to keep dangerous offenders behind bars.
Crush China - American Businesses
Reshoring and Onshoring for National Security and Supply Chain Resilience
Dependence on foreign powers (especially China) for critical goods semiconductors, pharmaceuticals, rare earths, defense components, threatens sovereignty and exposes the U.S. to disruptions, blackmail, or wartime shortages.

Tax reforms to ensure domestic investment over foreign.

Create Good Jobs and Revitalize the American Heartland

Manufacturing jobs pay well, support families, and build communities, far better than service-sector alternatives. Reshoring reverses Rust Belt decline, reduces reliance on welfare, and restores dignity through work.
Immigration/Repatriation
Under the Biden administration, our immigration system lost control and enforcement was too often treated as optional. Since January 20, 2025, the Trump administration has moved to reassert border security as a national priority, including formal policy directives focused on barriers, personnel, technology, and deterrence.

In Congress, I will back that mission and support ICE in every capacity. That means fully funding enforcement and removal operations, expanding detention and investigative capacity for serious offenders, and giving agents the tools they need to identify, arrest, and remove criminal illegal aliens who threaten public safety.

Fully fund border and interior enforcement: Prioritize resources for ICE and DHS components tasked with removing serious offenders and dismantling trafficking networks.

Focus on public safety: Direct enforcement toward violent criminals, repeat offenders, gangs, and fentanyl and human trafficking operations.

Operational accountability: Require transparent reporting on removals, backlogs, and enforcement outcomes so taxpayers can see results.

Protect the integrity of citizenship: Pursue revocation only where citizenship was illegally procured or obtained through material fraud, and ensure actions are anchored in statute and due process.
Secure the Border
Impose a Moratorium on Immigration to Assess and Repair the Damage: Pause most legal and illegal immigration pathways—including visas, asylum, and refugee admissions—for a set period to evaluate the economic, social, and security impacts of the Biden-era surge.

Hold Rogue Prosecutors and Sanctuary Jurisdictions Accountable: Defund and sue cities/states that harbor illegals, shielding them from deportation. Empower federal overrides to enforce immigration laws uniformly.

End Catch-and-Release and Asylum Abuses as Magnets for Illegal Entry: Loopholes like fraudulent asylum claims and catch-and-release have turned the border into a turnstile.
Brain Drain - Keeping Jobs in Kentucky “High Tech”
Reverse Brain Drain Through Results, Not Rhetoric - Kentucky isn't doomed to lose talent—recent mega-projects prove we can attract and create high-paying jobs when policies favor business and families.

Leverage Federal America First Policies for Kentucky Wins Under the Trump administration, tariffs, reshoring incentives, and supply chain security are bringing high-tech manufacturing home. Position Kentucky to capture more semiconductor, battery, and defense-related projects by aligning with national priorities.

Cut Taxes to Keep More Money in Kentuckians' Pockets - High state and local taxes push talented engineers, scientists, and entrepreneurs to low-tax states like Texas, Florida, or Tennessee. Push for deeper income tax cuts (building on recent Republican efforts), eliminate burdensome property taxes on innovators, and offer targeted incentives for high-tech workers (e.g., tax credits for STEM grads staying in-state).
